The Every Girl

Wednesday, May 16th, 2012

When Cassandra (from Coco + Kelley) asks, I say yes. And when I find out James Moes will be photographing, I say yes. And when the shoot it taking place at Frank’s Oyster House & Champagne Parlor, I say yes. Because it’s sort of a dream team, and I’d be crazy not to want a small part in the project. Thrilled to work with Cassandra again and delighted by the outcome–she designed a seriously beautiful table that is featured today on The Every Girl. You’ll love it. (I got to add a couple of whimsical arrangements of clematis, thistle, muscari, ranunculus, and narcissus.)

Also, I know I still owe you a few more photos of the sunny spring wedding. Unfortunately, on these busy days, it gets bumped down on my priority list and another day goes by. Maybe before the weekend sneaks up? Maybe?

seattle met bride & groom feature

Amy & Jeri’s wedding is featured in the winter/spring 2012 issue of Seattle Met Bride & Groom. You already know how much I loved working on this wedding, so I’ll just get to it. Gorgeous photography by Michele M. Waite. She books up quickly if you know what I mean…

(Cover photo by Elizabeth Messina. Yes, that’s right newly engaged Seattle-lites. )

Additionally a few small arrangements of mine made peek-a-boo appearances in the gorgeous cake feature on pages 74-79.

So great to be featured on one of the top wedding blogs out there. Style Me Pretty, you made my day. Thank you, thank you! Ben Blood, you’re so talented and your photography is inspiring. Mitch, that video is the best! Erin Skipley beautified in the hair and makeup department and made everyone look stunning. And the venue is just magical, not to mention the food. Let’s work together again soon, yes? (You too, Jenn and Brodie, ready for another fabulous party?)

Happy New Year!
